Throughout his career starting in the early 90’s, John has gained some strong disciplines and experience through a variety of companies in FMCG and has had particularly relevant experience with Sales & Marketing Agencies and brokerage related businesses. With a high level of commercial skills, John demonstrates a strong grounded understanding of the challenges and opportunities we all face in the FMCG market and has a track record of developing strategic and practical sales strategies with his customers to achieve targeted outcomes through his team members. He has lead DKSH, API Consumer Brands and now KML for over 7 years.

Marylou has over 20 years of Senior Accounting experience working in both local & international companies. She has a broad skill set including managing Financial Management, Human Resources, Logistics Management and Account Management.
Rebecca Davidson

About Rebecca Davidson
Rebecca commenced in 2011 and joined the National Accounts team in 2013. She has over 14 years experience working in the FMCG industry and has managed a varied portfolio across several categories here at KML. She leads the National Account Management team.

He has been with KML for over 7 years.

Jackie has been in the FMCG industry for over 15 years working in both grocery and retail with a variety of roles from Trade Marketing, Field Manager, Account Manager & Sales Manager. Jackie has worked for several strong brand driven businesses over her career including San Remo Pasta, Fantastic Rice Crackers & Noodles, Hot Wheels & Barbie.

About Scott Smith
Scott has been in the FMCG industry for over 30 years in various sales roles in grocery, convenience, and route trade. Including national field management, heading up National key account teams. More recently as a sales director in a large beverage company. Scott has worked for several strong brand driven businesses over his career including DB Breweries, Frucor, Red Bull, and Asahi. Scott leads our North Island Field team.

South Island Field Sales Manager
About Julie Smith
Julie has been in the FMCG industry for nearly 30 years, working across both the North and South Islands. Her experience spans Territory Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager, and Key Account Manager roles.
Julie has worked across a range of well-known organisations throughout her career, including Johnson & Johnson, Schwarzkopf, Delmaine Fine Foods, and Pernod Ricard. Julie now leads the South Island Field team in her role as Field Sales Manager South Island.
